What SuperDuperAI is

A small product company. The focus is AI video: generating it from a brief, and cutting real footage into films with the analysis on the device. Around that sit smaller apps, each started from one real problem, and the open-source code the products are built on.

Public benefit mission

SuperDuperAI, Corp. is a Delaware public benefit corporation: the public benefit is a legal commitment of the company, not a slogan. Technology, ecology and people are not a trade-off; good tools serve all three. We build AI tools that leave people more capable and more free: they work without a network, keep personal data on the person's own device, and are open for anyone to inspect and reuse. Profit funds the work; it is not the measure of it.

What we believe, and where you can check it

• AI as the foundation. Not a feature bolted on: the products are built around models from the first line. Life2Film scores every frame with on-device models before it cuts anything.
• Offline-first. A tool should work on a plane, in a village, during an outage. Life2Film edits with no connection; PocketMap, our offline map for iPhone, works once a region is downloaded.
• Privacy is architecture. Data belongs to people. On-device processing, local storage, no account where we can avoid one: what we never receive we cannot leak, sell or be made to hand over. The browser tools here never upload your files, and this site's counter has no cookie and no per-person id.
• Open source by default. The crates, skills and tools the products run on are public on GitHub; see open source.
• Fair pricing, no lock-in, no dark patterns. Not everything needs a subscription. Your files stay in open formats you can take elsewhere, and nothing is designed to keep you scrolling or to make leaving hard.
• Creators, not robots. Tools should free people to make things, not turn them into engagement metrics. The how-to library is free and needs no account for that reason.
• The world is one. Shared problems need shared solutions: the site and the tools speak several languages, and what we learn goes into the open library and the open code.

How that works out in practice, including the exceptions: privacy.

The library

The how-to library exists because the techniques are the part of AI video nobody sells: a good prompt structure, a camera vocabulary, the rule that a cutaway shows what is being said. We write them down as copy-ready prompts and executable skills, mark what we have actually run, and keep it free. If it brings someone to the generator or to Life2Film, good; if it only saves them an afternoon, also good.

Company

SuperDuperAI is a brand used by two independent companies. They are not legally related to each other; they share the name, the products and this site.
